Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid lifestyle routine guide programmes from Kneeclearing. It works alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

1. Digital programmes

If you have not downloaded or opened programme files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing team@kneeclearing.world with your invoice reference.

After delivery, refunds are considered if materials were materially unavailable, defective, or not as described. Remedies under the CGA may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the failure.

2. Studio sessions

Cancellations at least 48 hours before a scheduled Avonhead appointment receive a credit or reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee unless exceptional circumstances apply (we assess case by case).

3. Printed materials

Physical booklets shipped within New Zealand may be returned unopened within 14 days. Return postage is your cost unless we sent incorrect items.

4. How to request a remedy

  1. Email us with your name, order reference, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. We acknowledge within two business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Consumer Guarantees Act

Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Digital guides must be fit for purpose and match their description. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the CGA that cannot be contracted out of in your situation (typically consumer, not business, purchases).
